Share Transfer process

All valid transfer requests are processed and approved by the Share Transfer Committee which meets on a weekly basis and the share certificates after transfer are returned to the transferees within 15 days from the date of receipt.Requests for Dematerialisations/Rematerialisation of shares are processed and confirmed to the respective Depository within 15 days from the date of receipt of the document.
